      A two-story Victorian home in one of the city’s most desired locations, 830 - 832 State Street was in a state of disrepair upon acquisition. The property was gutted to the studs; and a new floorplan was designed to create two separate apartments; each with its own entrance. Significant time and expense was taken to salvage and restore key elements of the original building (crown moulding, solid oak doors, hardwood flooring, antique clawfoot bathtubs), in order to maintain the building's historic character.
