Unlike many architects who may typically concentrate on aspects of design without a full understanding of the financial and logistical pressures involved, Jonathon has project managed, financed, designed, marketed and sold over 30 of his own property developments. This full service approach to property design allows him to offer a full level of integration with his clients' concerns and requirements.
Jonathon spent several years running Daniels Developments LLC; a property development company specializing in both new construction and renovation / adaptive reuse, within the residential and condominium market of New Orleans, Louisiana. Creating over 30 new homes during its years of operation, Daniels Developments LLC thrived in the competitive post-Katrina Real Estate market, consistently achieving sales at record prices per square foot for the given neighbourhood. His responsibilities encompassed all design and architectural aspects of the design and construction process; from initial opportunity identification and procurement of financing; to sales negotiation of the final product
