This flat - located on one of Newcastle's most prestigious streets - was suffering from years of neglect as a student property. The layout was ill-conceived and awkward; and failed to maximise the light penetration to the building's core. As a result, we stripped back the property entirely and redesigned the whole floor plan in such a way that an additional bedroom was created and a stunning great room (combining kitchen and living areas) was designed to maximise the impact of the property's grand ornate original plasterwork. The renovation was so successful that multiple full-price offers were received within the first week of sale.
