   A landmark property, this double shotgun is located just steps from New Orleans' Audubon Park. This gut renovation, dividing up the original structure into 4 very ‘livable’ condominium  spaces each with its own private external entrance, allowed buyers to purchase a home in one of the most desirable areas of New Orleans Uptown at a price point rarely seen for such an in-demand location. Given that the smaller, one-bedroom  units were sized at just 550 square feet in total, this project represented a real challenge in terms of developing a series of floorplans that maximised the "livability" of such a small space. The fact that all four units were sold before the project's completion - and at a time when the real estate market had entered a severe downturn - is testament to the successful design and execution of this condominium development project.
